  • Coaching sessions are conducted either one-on-one via video or telephonic conferencing or in a group setting based on the chosen program.
  • Services include goal setting, personalized action plans, and ongoing support to meet objectives.

2. Enrollment and Registration:

  • To enroll in a coaching program, clients must register for an initial discovery call to determine their eligibility for coaching programs and services.
  • Once accepted and upon registration, clients will receive a confirmation email with details regarding their coaching program, payment instructions, and any prerequisites.

3. Coaching Sessions:

  • Schedule: Sessions are scheduled [weekly/bi-weekly/monthly] based on the chosen coaching program or agreed upon package.
  • Delivery Methods: Sessions are conducted via telephone, Zoom video calls or a secure platform accessible to clients.
  • Cancellation/Rescheduling: Should you need to reschedule a coaching session, you may do so by providing 48 hours notice in advance of your session and making up the session within a week of the originally scheduled date.  Sessions not cancelled 48 hours in advance will not be eligible for make-ups.  It is important that you prioritize this work to receive the full benefit of your coaching package.

4. Communication:

  • The primary mode of communication between the coach and clients is through email.
  • Response Time: Our coaches aim to respond to client queries within 24-48 business hours.

5. Materials and Resources:

  • Clients will receive personalized resources, including worksheets, guides, and recommended readings relevant to their coaching objectives.
  • All provided materials are for personal use and are not to be shared or distributed without explicit consent.

6. Progress Tracking and Reporting:

  • Progress is tracked through regular evaluations and goal assessments agreed upon between the coach and client.
  • Monthly progress reports will be shared with clients to track advancements and modify strategies if necessary.

7. Feedback and Improvement:

  • Clients are encouraged to provide feedback through periodic surveys or during coaching sessions.
  • The feedback received will be used to enhance the quality of our coaching services.

8. Confidentiality and Privacy:

  • All client information, discussions, and personal data shared during coaching sessions will be kept strictly confidential in compliance with privacy regulations.

9. Refund and Cancellation Policies:

  • All contracts are binding. We do not offer refunds on coaching services. We are here to coach you to your highest level of success, and part of that is requiring a commitment from you that you are fully invested in your coaching package. When refunds are an option, you can have “one foot in” the work, and “one foot out” the door.  It is to YOUR benefit to decide BEFORE purchasing your package and committing to work with us that we are the right coach for you.  If you’re in, you need to be 100% in, just as we will be for you. 

    There are no refunds for Done-For-You Career/Job Search Projects (Resumes, Cover Letters and LinkedIn Profile Reviews).

  • Clients agree not to hold Agora Coaching & Training Solutions, LLC, or any company affiliation, liable for any outcomes resulting directly or indirectly from the coaching process.
